Should you be unhappy with your piece purchased at Stones, exchanges are always welcome within 30 days for equal value. This time frame may be extended depending on circumstances as determined by a Stones Jewellery team member.
Stones Jewellery does not accept refunds unless necessitated by unusual circumstances. Stones is committed to the high quality and the integrity of our pieces. As such, a piece may be refunded within 14 days if it is found to be defective and non repairable as determined by a Stones Jewellery team member.
